E-­Bucks Reward System

Congratulations on getting started with Eisenstein Orthodontics. We would like to introduce you to our E-Bucks Reward System. Here you will find ways to earn E-Bucks and in return for those E-Bucks earn gift cards

WAYS TO EARN E-BUCKS

  1. When starting treatment you earn 5 E-Bucks.
  2. You can earn ONE (1) E-Buck for each category below if achieved at your orthodontic appointment:
    • You must display healthy looking gums, with less than three areas of plaque and no food in braces.
    • No loose brackets or appliances and no bent or broken wires
    • Wearing all appliances (rubber bands, retainers, etc.) for the required number of hours.
    • Being on time for your appointment and not missing previous appointment.
    • Wearing Eisenstein Orthodontics t-shirt.
  3. You can also earn additional E-Bucks for:
    • Good grades (bring in your report card) all A's: 5 E-Bucks; A's and B's: 3 E-Bucks
    • Referring your friends to our office; they must start treatment with us. 25 E-Bucks
    • Seeing your dentist regularly for cleanings (we recommend cleanings every 3 months); bring us a signed certificate from your dentist. 10 E-Bucks
    • Birthdays; come in for an appointment during the month of your birthday. 5 E-Bucks

E-BUCK RULES

  1. In order to earn any E-Bucks at all your teeth should be clean and nothing should be broken or bent.
  2. E-Bucks are only awarded at regularly scheduled appointments (emergency and walk-in visits not included).
  3. The amount of E-Bucks that are earned at each visit depend solely upon you!
  4. Your E-Bucks are your responsibility. If you lose them, they are gone!
  5. Once you spend your E-Bucks on a gift card, they are spent. You must earn more E-Bucks to purchase more gift cards.
  6. E-Bucks are to be turned into our office for Target gift cards! The Target stores do not accept EBuck coins.
  7. You WILL receive E-Bucks during the retention phase after Phase I Treatment. You will not receive E-Bucks after completion of treatment.
  8. For every 20 E-Bucks you earn you will receive a $5.00 gift card to Target.
